Reports are intensifying that Theo Hernandez may accept a lucrative €18 million per season offer from Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal, with AC Milan actively looking to offload the defender.

Multiple reliable sources have confirmed Al-Hilal's substantial contract offer is currently on the table. Milan have reportedly instructed Hernandez to seek a new club after his wage demands for a contract extension - with his current deal expiring in June 2026 - were deemed excessive by the club.

MilanNews.it reports that after evaluating his limited options among Europe's elite clubs, Hernandez is now seriously considering the Saudi Arabian offer. The proposed contract would make him one of the highest-paid defenders in world football.

Al-Hilal has submitted a €30 million bid to Milan for the French international, representing significant profit on their initial €22.8 million investment when signing him from Real Madrid in 2019. Some sources, including Sky Sport Italia, suggest the offer may actually be closer to €35 million.

The 27-year-old left-back, who turns 28 in October, enjoyed another productive season for Milan with 5 goals and 6 assists across 49 appearances in all competitions.
