Messi Makes MLS History with Fourth Straight Brace

Lionel Messi has made MLS history by becoming the first player to score multiple goals in four consecutive matches, leading Inter Miami to a 2-1 victory over New England Revolution.
The Argentine superstar netted twice in the first half - his fourth straight brace - bringing his season tally to an impressive 14 goals in just 15 MLS appearances.
Messi's Remarkable Scoring Streak
The 38-year-old's scoring spree began in May with standout performances against Montreal (4-2 win) and Columbus (5-1 victory). After a brief stint at the Club World Cup where Miami fell to PSG in the last 16, Messi returned to MLS action with another dominant display in a 4-1 win over Montreal.
"Leo is a special player. For me, the best player that has played this sport in history," said Miami head coach Javier Mascherano. "We're lucky to have him."
